Production & Processing Time

Some of our products are made to order or assembled in small batches.

• Orders may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and assembled before shipping.

• If an item is in stock and ready to ship, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If there are any unexpected delays beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier performance. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
